The Problem

Women seeking relief for PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, menopause, and related symptoms often bounce between generic OTC options and disconnected clinical visits — without a continuous path for personalised herbal care at home. TCM treatment depends on deep individual context (symptoms, constitution, tongue and intake signals, lifestyle), but most digital health products treat everyone the same. Qi Health needed telehealth and pharmacy in one place: custom formulations per patient, not one-size-fits-all wellness content.

Our Approach

    Mapped the TCM care journey — condition programme discovery → intake (health history, clinical media such as tongue photos, booking) → virtual consult → custom herbal plan → monthly follow-up and progress reports — as one patient web app with shared state.

    Built condition-specific programme flows (e.g. menopause, fertility, cycle and hormone health) with evidence-led landing pages and enrollment wired to programme and patient records.

    Shipped a personalised dashboard: clear next steps in the healing journey (forms, uploads, appointments), profile, and the patient’s current custom treatment plan — tailored visibility instead of a generic portal.
